Hi, my name is Chris Chowbay and I'm the founder of CHOWBOXMANIA. Before you find out about CHOWBOXMANIA let me tell you a little about myself. I am 29 years old, I'm a fitness trainer from Waterloo, Ontario. I've been working out for nearly 14 years now. I am 6' tall. I'm telling you this because I used to weigh over 300 pounds! The fats that you want to stay away from are the "saturated fats" this type of fat is very harmful to you not only because it makes you gain weight, but also for long term health reasons, such as HEART DISEASE, the number 1 killer of mankind! Have no fear though, the "good" kind of fat for you are the "mono" and "poly" saturated fats. It is ok if you add these type of fat to your diet, but only to an extent. Now I don't want all of you to go out and go overboard and buy a rack of foods with this type of fat in it. REMEMBER MODERATION IS THE KEY. I will personally design a diet for each and everyone of you. If you ever contact any of my former customers, you will see that they never had the same diet. Everyone is different and so should their diets. That is why I personally interview each and everyone of you and design your own specialized diet. Exercise. No not exercise, who likes to exercise? Not too many of us right. But believe it or not, what would you say if I told you that you DIDN'T have to exercise 7 days a week?
